Hello sir I followed all of your instructions and with the 30 fay no contact rule I followed then I sent my Ex a simple interest text and guess what she replied a day later and asked me what I have been up to and then we talked on the phone for an hour about just what we been up to and now just seeing where it will take us thank you so much for the plan and I will keep you posted about us

i was dating a man for 4 months, he was super keen, just beofre christmas asked me to be his girlfriend. i have been the one holding things back and making sure he was serious. I waited until he met my son, they got on so well and everything was great. I accidently found some explicit cards in his bag from his ex and him, i said i dont really want them in my house, he felt awful, i saw him the next day and he said he needed time to clear his head, i was hurt and said i dont see a way forward from this. He has respected that and hasnt contacted me since. I really would like to make another and as i regret saying that!

Hi Brad,

So my girlfriend dumped me 2 days after this past Christmas and we haven’t talked for about a week. I’ve had a lot of trouble sleeping and keeping my mind focused when I’m at work. The thing is, I didn’t react the best to this news from her and expressed to her how heartbroken, angry I was and tried to remind her of the good times we’ve had. She acknowledged we had a lot of good times together, that she was sad too, but said she really needs to get her life together and figure out what’s the best thing for her right now. This was the last message she had sent to me. I really want to fix things with her because she means the whole world to me and it still pains me that she is gone. I’ve talked to a couple of friends and they think she might just be overwhelmed with stress right now and a lot being on her plate, that she probably just needed this time to sort everything out by ending the relationship. We’ve had minor but never any major issues/arguments with each other which gives me hope. On a side note, she still has some of my property at her moms house (where she currently resides at the moment) and hasn’t asked to set up a time for me to come pick it up after I had brought it up last week. I want to go with the no contact rule for about a month, then message her back. I’m not sure how to approach this situation exactly as I’m still trying to process my grief. Your advice is greatly appreciated, hope to hear from you soon, thank you!

Hi Brad, my ex broke up with me 2 weeks ago, after 6 months relationship. He started with me when he was still engaged with his ex (officially but they were not in a good relationship since 2 years). During the last 2 weeks I have tried to contact him with some messages and few calls. (Now I know it is not a good way to have him back!). Yesterday he told me he feels underpressure while speaking with me and he doesn’t want to stay with me, he doesn’t want to be in a relationship in this moment. He said he didn’t missed me during these weeks and I have to go over and think about my future, not with him. My point now is to understand if the “emotional neutre” message is still the best thing to do…and then not contact him for 30 days or more…or I have to go over as he said….

My boyfriend of 4 years and I have broke up and gotten back together several times over a trust issue he has with me. 5 weeks ago he said he’s in a new relationship and don’t contact him. He knows I have his favorite concert tickets for our anniversary present, it’s next week. Should I ask if he’s still not open to going or text him after how great it was?
