In reply to Colin. Depending on how nasty the breakup was, you may have to extend the no contact rule and not push it if you're not getting a response from your ex. This goes regardless of whether or not the breakup was nasty. Also try to check what kind of text messages you've been sending. Being too needy or overly excited will only push an ex away. In reply to Brad Browning. Hi, I went through the 31 day no contact and then text as instructed, no reply so I sent 2 more a few days apart and the result is a couple of nasty texts which after sending she blocked me !! So method very definately has not worked!

I was dating a girl for about 3 months and it was long distance. We went on 4 in person dates and would talk/text at a healthy pace during the time. She lived about 4 hours away. As I showed more interest or tried to take our relationship to another level rather than talking stage she wasnt as interested anymore. After our 4th in person date she called me after 5 days of silence and broke up with me. I have been in no contact since, it’s been about 3 months now. Is it worth even trying to contact? I have a feeling it’s over but I did really like her. I don’t like to brag but I bring a lot to the table and planned our dates from out of town. I don’t want to reach out if she doesn’t even appreciate the amount of effort I put in in our short time together. What should I do?

Ex bf is not yet removing our photos on all social media and at home. He also changed his whatsapp profile pic only after i changed it. He also keep track of all my ig stories. Shall i continue with the no cobtact?

He in the meantime is not deleting our photos on ig and still putting up our photo at home.

What if you were on and off for 14 years and have a kid together. He always initiated getting back together and we did over the years. Two months ago he sent me texts saying all he wanted to do is be with me. I just found out he started dating a girl right after that last text and she’s all he talks about. He’s rude to me and has blocked my texts. I’m full of regret for not texting him back with that last text, but I thought he’d try again and we’d get back together. I’m full of regret. What should I do?

BTW, I’ve committed all the sins of angry texts and pleading texts, which I never have before. I just had to use my son’s phone to send the neutral text to apologize and wish him luck. Of course he didn’t respond.
